Madison Foster - RAD RTS
Madison started dancing from the age of & 4 always knew she would have a career in dance. Madi attended a local dance studio studying many styles of dance & completing her RAD Ballet Exams as well as FATD Tap & Jazz Exams. Madi completed her HSC Dance subject through Ev & Bow, under Sarah Boulter & went on to study at Ev & Bow Full Time Dance Training Centre. Madi completed 2 years of full time graduating with a Diploma & Certificate IV in Dance.
During her studies Madi was part of the Cronulla Sharks Mermaid Squad for 3 years as well as taking on local performance gigs through JLD Entertainment. Some of Madi's performance experiences included Chinese New Year, ADF, NRL Grand Final, NRL Awards Nights, NRL Footy Grand Final Show, TVC for ‘The Upside’ brand & much more. During Madi's full time years at Ev & Bow she worked with several choreographers including Marko Panzic, Larissa McGowan, Amy Campbell, Stephen Tannos & Sarah Boulter. Madi secured her spot as a lead dancer roles in 3 contemporary showcase pieces.
Madi completed a 6 month Show Business course with the Dream Dance Company under the guidance of Marko Panzic which lead to more performance opportunities.
After much deliberation Madi chose the teaching path gaining her Cert IV in dance teaching management & has now been teaching for 12 years in all styles choreographing troupes & solos.
After full time Madi completed her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) to become a registered RAD Ballet Teacher. After 2 years of study Madi completed her certificate & is now a registered RAD Ballet Teacher & has been entering students into their exams for 8 years.
With a passion for fitness Madi completed her Cert 3 in Fitness & is now a qualified Fitness Trainer working with women, young female & male dancers, & teenagers to promote a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Completing her Cert 4 in Small Business Management Madi is thrilled to now be operating her dream dance studio.

Jessica Atoui
Jess brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, creativity & passion & is a huge asset to our MF Dance Studio Team.
Jess has been dancing for 21 years training at AP Performers where she completed all her ballet & tap exams.
Jess attended Port Hacking High School coming 1st in her year for HSC Dance.
Jess has now been teaching for 10 years across many different styes such as Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Stretch & Tech, Ballet & Tap. Jess has choreographed numerous award winning routines across all age groups & is dedicated to ensuring her students are reaching their full potential while sharing her love for dance.
In 2023 Jess performed in the prestigious ‘One Light Dance’ (Locreado Program ) where Jess was a featured dancer under the valuable guidance and training of Loredo Malcolm, a leading influence in the dance industry.
This has now lead Jess to be the Lyrical Choreographer for the Locreado Program in 2025.
Passionate about inspiring young performers, Jess is dedicated to developing her choreography & helping the next generation of dancers turn their dreams into reality.
Bella Furner
TEACHER
Bella grew up in Canberra, Australia where she took her very first dance class at just two years old.
She and her family eventually moved to Sydney where she decided to further her studies in dance at the prestigious Ettingshausens Pro Elite Fulltime school at the age of 17.
After two years of intense training, Bella received a Diploma in Dance, as well as the “Professional Excellence” award of her year group.
This included a scholarship at the world renowned Broadway Dance Centre in New York City and representation from the leading dance agency in Australia.
Whilst in her second year of training, she was offered a contract with Norwegian Creative Studios who have allowed her to visit 53 countries and perform some of their most current and challenging shows at sea within the last 2 years!
Bella is now back after 3 contracts with Norwegian Creative Studios & is ready to share her knowledge, expertise & passion for Musical Theatre & Broadway with our students.

Liv Garland
In 2021, Liv completed her Certificate IV in Dance at Ettingshausens Pro, then going on to attain her Diploma of Dance at Brent Street in 2022. During these years, Liv trained under the industry’s most valued figures to further her career in performing arts. Liv’s training growing up included being granted select positions within reputable programs such as The Dream Dance Company’s ‘The Dream Creative’ in 2020, under the guidance of Marko Panzic. As well as, Season One & Season Two of BCCAP (Bec Condino Contemporary Arts Program), where Liv was a featured dancer under the valuable guidance and training of Bec Condino.
Liv is now fortunate enough to work closely with Bec in BCCAP’s Third Season and is an ongoing faculty member of the program. She has walked away from her valued training with an abundance of knowledge, skills and versatile training that she carries throughout her career.
Liv’s professional experience within the industry sees jobs involving Screen, TVC’s and Dance - with credits including Citi Bank, Channel 9GO!, The Voice, Australian Dance Festival, Premiere’s Gala, ARN, Adopt Change, Save our Sons, Dance Life Docuseries, My Kitchen Rules, Channel 7 & 7+, Australian Idol and more.
Liv is impelled to continue pursuing & fulfilling her love for dancing/performing, whilst dedicating her strong passion for teaching & choreography to inspire, train and nurture the next generation of dancers. Liv is committed to keep creating and growing her style of Lyrical choreography, as she shares her love for teaching all across Sydney. With many highlights throughout her path so far, Liv is excited to continue her career within the industry.

Amanda Mayhew
Amanda has been teaching all styles of dance and age groups with her main focus being RAD Ballet .
Bringing 20 years of knowledge, experience & passion to MF Dance Studio Amanda has so much to offer from her experience within the dance industry.
Amanda has been dancing since the age of 2 and has studied many styles of dance.
Amanda is passionate, creative, approachable and cannot wait to help our ballet students grow and follow their dreams.

Amanda is now a valued faculty member of MF Dance Studio & she is dedicated to highlighting the importance & love of ballet for the next generation of dancers.
Holli brings such an infectious passion & drive to MF Dance Studio & we are so excited to have her back on faculty for 2025!
Holli started dancing at the age of 2yrs old and trained in multiple styles of dance including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and much more!
Holli moved to Sydney at the age of 17, to pursue her career in dance, where she attended the prestigious full time dance centre Ettingshausens Pro.
For 2 years Holli trained under the guidance of multiple industry leading choreographers & teachers & gained further knowledge & expertise to build her career. Holli received het Certificate 4 in Dance & Diploma in Dance & is now working actively in the industry.
After full time Holli went onto complete the Dream Dance Company course ‘Show Business’ in 2021. Under the guidance of Marko Panzic and Katie Sanchez Holli gained further experience & performance opportunities working with international choreographers.
Holli is currently a cheerleader for the NRL Cronulla Sharks Mermaids as she continues to take class & teach at several studios across the Sutherland Shire.

Ethan Lawson
Ethan has been training in multiple styles since the age of 14 & is now a working professional dancer in the industry with so much knowledge & passion to give.
After graduating Ettingshausens PRO in 2022 with a Diploma in Professional Dance, Ethan went on to be hired as a dancer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. With completing two back to back contracts with the company, Ethan is now working and teaching in Sydney before heading back to ships this year.
Ethan is represented by Kulik Management & continues to work in the industry booking various jobs & continuing his training before his next contract.
Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Ethan is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of dancers at MF Dance Studio & we are so lucky to have him apart of the team again in 2025.

Tara Marsh
TEACHER
A former student of Madi Foster, Tara is a passionate, dedicated & talented dancer & choreographer that has so much to offer after years of training & hard work.
Tara started dancing at the age of 2 training in various styles & completing her RAD Ballet Exams. Tara has completed up to her Advanced 1 RAD Exam receiving incredible results.
Tara has recently graduated full-time dance at Ev&Bow, receiving a Diploma in Professional Dance.
Tara has worked and performed with Shaun Parker & Co, Luna Park Sydney and contemporary choreographers including Sarah Boulter, Holly Doyle, Davide Giovanni and Jason Mabana. During her 2 years of intense training at Ev & Bow Tara trained under the industry’s most valued figures to further her career.
This year Tara will be completing Georgette Sofatzis’ program ‘Danceformation’ and wll be studying a Diploma of Health.
She has been teaching dance at MF for 4 years now and looks forward to sharing her passion with the next generation of dancers in 2025.
Abbie Hardman

A former student of Madi Foster, Abbie is a passionate, dedicated & talented teacher & choreographer that has so much to offer after years of training & hard work.
Abbie started dancing at the age of 2 training in various styles & completing her RAD Ballet Exams.
Abbie has been apart of the MF Dance Studio family since the very beginning (5 years) & is so excited for the year ahead.
After years of dance training & performing Abbie is eager to pass on her passion to the next generation of dancers & helping them turn their dreams into reality.
Abbie will be working with our Recreational & Performance Squad students in 2025 in various styles.
Chelsea Wood
TEACHER
A former student of Madi Foster, Chelsea is a passionate, dedicated & talented teacher & choreographer that has so much to offer after years of training & hard work.
Chelsea started dancing at the age of 2 training in various styles & completing her RAD Ballet Exams.
Chelsea has been apart of the MF Dance Studio family since the very beginning (5 years) & is so excited for the year ahead.
Chelsea is a passionate teacher who inspires our younger generation of dancers. She is so excited to continue guiding our little Pre-School dancers sharing her knowledge & love for the art.
BALLET FACULTY TEACHER
Hannah Macleanan
Hannah is a Professional Dancer with 10 years experience in the working industry & over 5 years teaching between contracts. At an early age she began training under the direction of Linda Shaw in RAD Classical Ballet, Lyrical/Contemporary & Jazz. Hannah completed her RAD Examinations from Pre-Primary to Advanced 2 with High Distinctions before continuing her classical/contemporary training full-time at Brent Street under the direction of Jason Winters- Diploma of Elite Performance.
Hannah soon began working internationally at Universal Studios Japan and in Palazzo Germany as a Showgirl. She has recently been working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for over 7 years as a Featured Dancer/Aerialist.
