At MF Dance Studio, our dancers train with a strong focus on elite technique, performance quality and consistency, while forming lasting friendships and learning what it truly means to show up for themselves and their team.

We take our training seriously, but it’s about so much more than just technique and stage time.
 

Dance is incredibly powerful. Beyond building strong performers, it develops confidence, resilience, leadership, and character – qualities that extend far beyond the studio. Our students learn the importance of dedication, commitment, discipline, hard work and, above all, TEAM WORK.
 

We believe in creating a culture of firm but fair guidance where every student is pushed to grow, but also supported every step of the way. On competition days and throughout the season, we celebrate the fun, energy and friendships that make squad such a rewarding experience.
 

Our staff are passionate about helping each dancer reach their potential – not only as performers but as people. Performance Squad is about preparing students for the stage, and for life.
 

Our Performance & Elite Squads train year-round with a diverse team of teachers and choreographers, mastering multiple routines across a range of styles. Each piece is refined for competitions, as well as our Mid-Year and End-of-Year Showcases.
 

We are committed to developing versatile, confident dancers — encouraging our students to step beyond their comfort zones, embrace new styles, and grow both technically and personally within a supportive, driven community.
